Last week Michael Fryar announced his candidacy for Hartford Board of Education. Mr. Fryar brings with him 20 years of experience working and advocating for children. Despite the hurdles he encountered as a high school dropout, Mr. Fryar persevered to become first a classroom teacher and then an attorney representing children and parents involved with the Department of Children and Families....
