Why you need a Coach

You’ve peaked. Or you have an insurmountable problem. Or you’re isolated and just want someone to bounce ideas off of.

There are a thousand reasons you need a coach and a million ways a coach can help you. But only if you decide that it’s important enough to get a coach.

Sure, we can all muscle through, forcing our way to the next goal. Or maybe just quit because it was too hard, too distant, or just not “working out.” Or maybe get bored and let our attention wander to something else shiny.

But we’re social animals, meant to work together, not solo survivors foraging through the wasteland.

Call a coach. Do an introductory session. See what you could get out of it. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.
